I’d like to make an offer to all the Malpractice Attorney’s in my audience. If you find any medical malpractice in any of my now Public medical records then you can have 66% of whatever settlement you can win in court. That’s double the standard going rate….Any takers???

Here is a copy of the notarized medical release should you need it….
